1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the bajkk website, mobile interface, application programming interfaces, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). bajkk is operated as an online entertainment and betting service targeting adult users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game available on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the bajkk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. bajkk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bajkk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not hold bajkk player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you reside.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of bajkk, or of any company within the same corporate group, or of any third-party supplier providing games or services to bajkk.
• You must not be self-excluded from any licensed gambling platform or subject to a court, regulatory, or other legally mandated gambling exclusion order at the time of registration.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion list that would prohibit your participation in online gambling services.

bajkk reserves the right to request proof of eligibility — including identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age — at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bajkk Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajkk will close all but the first-registered account and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. bajkk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

bajkk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in Account Settings. When 2FA is active, a unique one-time passcode is required at each login in addition to your password. bajkk reserves the right to require 2FA for withdrawals above specified thresholds as an anti-fraud measure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bajkk may require identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a period of high-value activity, or as required by internal compliance procedures. Acceptable documents include national identity cards (NID), passport, driver's licence, and recent utility bills or bank statements for address verification. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the bajkk Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bajkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum crypto deposit is 10 USDT equivalent. bajkk does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, network fees applicable to crypto transactions are borne by the depositing player.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your bajkk wallet balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Crypto deposits are credited following the minimum required number of blockchain confirmations for the respective network. bajkk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. Minimum withdrawal amounts are: ৳500 for mobile wallets; 10 USDT equivalent for crypto. bajkk aims to process mobile wallet withdrawals within one hour of approval. Crypto withdrawals are broadcast to the network within one hour of approval; on-chain confirmation times are subject to network conditions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

bajkk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Withdrawals may not be processed where:

• The account has not met the minimum wagering activity requirement for the current deposit cycle.
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements remain in the account balance.
• A KYC documentation request has not been fulfilled within the stipulated deadline.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

4.5 Currency

The functional currency of the bajkk Platform is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) for fiat transactions. Crypto balances are denominated in the respective cryptocurrency and converted to BDT equivalent for display purposes using live market rates. bajkk is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for crypto holdings.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bajkk are subject to the Platform's acceptance. bajkk reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced (except for specifically offered in-play markets), where system errors have resulted in manifestly incorrect odds, or where the bet is suspected to have been placed using privileged inside information.

5.2 Odds

Odds are displayed in decimal format. The odds presented at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted represent the final contractual odds. bajkk does not adjust odds after a bet slip has been accepted. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to change between the moment you select an outcome and the moment your bet slip is submitted; if odds change during this window, you may be prompted to accept the new price.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event is not completed within the timeframe specified in the bet rules; the market is suspended due to data integrity concerns; or bajkk determines that manifestly incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. Voided bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

5.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and all international cricket markets offered on bajkk, the following specific rules apply:

• Match winner markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCCI, ICC, BCB).
• In the event of a rain interruption resulting in a revised target via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, bets remain valid and are settled on the official DLS result.
• If a match is abandoned without a ball being bowled, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Ball-by-ball in-play markets (runs off delivery, wicket on delivery, boundary on delivery) are settled on real-time broadcast data. Delays between live action and data receipt are a known characteristic of live betting and do not constitute grounds for void requests.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bajkk are subject to individual promotion terms published on the relevant promotion page. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined balance of real funds plus bonus funds. Progress toward satisfying a wagering requirement is tracked in real time in the Promotions section of Account Settings.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the bajkk Platform contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion page. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute at a lower rate; certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement progress. It is the player's responsibility to verify contribution rates before playing with active bonus funds.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date are automatically removed from the account balance. Time extensions are not available except at bajkk's absolute discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6.5 Abuse Prevention

bajkk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other players. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at bajkk's sole discretion and are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajkk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, the forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to conceal the origin of funds through wagering activity.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in multiplayer games or live casino table games, including but not limited to sharing hole card information in poker or signalling in live dealer games.
• Bonus exploitation: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; placing bets that exploit bonus terms in a manner clearly contrary to their intended purpose.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or perform account functions without genuine human input.
• Arbitrage and matched betting at scale: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or promotional odds in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of event outcome, where this activity is determined by bajkk to be abusive rather than recreational.
• Inside information: Placing bets using material non-public information about event outcomes, match-fixing, or player/team conditions.
• Underage access: Knowingly allowing or facilitating a person under 21 years of age to access or use a bajkk account.

8 Responsible Gaming

bajkk is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Account Settings page of every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified consecutive session duration (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours).
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days while preserving your balance for reinstatement at the end of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen duration.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajkk Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, page layouts, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of bajkk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of bajkk.

The bajkk name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of bajkk. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the bajkk trademarks for any purpose without the express written permission of bajkk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajkk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content or services provided thereon.

bajkk does not warrant that: the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors; that defects will be corrected; that the Platform or the server that makes it available are free from viruses or other harmful components; or that any results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. You expressly acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bajkk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy covers: what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, who it may be shared with, and how you may exercise your rights as a data subject.

bajkk applies 256-bit TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your browser and the Platform. Password data is stored in hashed form and is never transmitted or stored in plaintext. bajkk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by bajkk

bajkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false registration information, or where account closure is required for compliance or legal reasons. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, the account balance may be forfeited and referred to relevant authorities.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your bajkk account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and wagering requirement compliance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bajkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bajkk will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor or clarifying amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the bajkk Platform's operating jurisdiction. bajkk operates as an entertainment and information platform; players are responsible for determining the legality of online betting in their own jurisdiction before registering.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, or bonus award, you must first submit a written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or event, and your desired resolution. bajkk aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved through this process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other avenue.

bajkk's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, event results, and bonus eligibility is final and binding unless a material error of fact can be demonstrated.
